Return Policy

***NOTE****UPDATE: Effective October 25, 2023, all sales are final. No exceptions.

Online purchases can be exchanged for another item or full refund for up to 14 days after receiving the item. Parker Lennon is not responsible for return shipping costs. Clearance/sale items, jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, pre-orders and swimwear are final sale. Some exclusions may apply to specific brands. To determine if the product qualifies for a return, please email shopparkerlennon@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Your name and order number

2. The item(s) you wish to return

3. The reason for the return (Too big, too small, damaged, Etc)

We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours, however we are out of the office on weekends and holidays.

1. Recipient must contact us at the above email address within 3 days Of receiving their item(s)

2. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return. If you are able to do a local return drop-off, please specify in your email when you contact us so that we can make arrangements. Drop-offs that were not agreed upon in email with Parker Lennon will not be accepted.

3. Items must be returned within 14 days (beginning the day you receive the item).

4. Items must be new, unused and with tags still attached.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded. 

*Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are the buyers responsibility and Parker Lennon cannot issue refunds/exchanges on lost parcels.

In association with the product, Parker Lennon and its owners make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of noninfringement of third party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk.
